Engaging in Riva San Vitale

If you are still a Virginia Tech student and are interested in returning to the Center as a graduate student, contact us. Note, GA positions at the Steger Center are competitive.

Back in Riva San Vitale? We’d love to see you! Alumni are always welcome to stop by for a tour, share memories, and see what’s new at the Center. Just let us know you’re coming so we can greet you properly.

The Steger Center is more than a study abroad site—it’s a hub for global learning. Faculty members have found that summers in Riva San Vitale are perfect for gathering speakers and collaborators for productive and inspirational workshops.

Note: space is limited. Workshops are usually requested two to three years in advance.

The Steger Center’s gardens and historic architecture make a stunning backdrop for life’s big moments. Alumni are invited to use the grounds for engagement or wedding photos—just reach out to coordinate your visit.
